Sameera Reddy was born on 17th December 1982 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. She has two sisters Sushma Reddy and Meghna Reddy who were a big part of the glamour industry working as models and video jockeys.
Sameera Reddy modeled for a while before deciding to act in films. She made her film debut in Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. The film was not a success one, but she did manage to get other film offers by the time her debut film released
